As good as a real house

Well it would seem that once again my tenants will be moving out. And for a good reason: They have bought a house!
I can only dream of what it would be like to be a house! It must be wonderful! But hey, I've gotta look at what I have and that's a lot:
 I've got two nice bedrooms, a spacious living room that is connected to the kitchen with a nice breakfast bar. Ooh, I've got a lovely bathroom with a tub, not just a shower! And of course I come with some appliances, and a great yard.
Hey, that's everything a house would have!

New painting done!

Now that the previous tenants have all moved out, my landlord is taking time for a nice and fresh update in my kitchen. The walls are painted in fresh vibrant colors. I will be ready to move in any time now!





This is a picture of the master bedroom. Spacious eh? I know it looks a bit bare, but that's because my landlady took the curtains down to give them a wash.

And here's a shot of the second bedroom. See that nice ceiling fan? Keeps you cool even on the hottest days. In this picture I look a little green, but that's just the light bouncing off the lawn outside.

Available again!

For the past 6 months I have had some wonderful tenants who have kept me spik and span. But now they are ready to move on, so once again I am getting ready for a tenant!
My current inhabitants will be moving out at the end of August, so if you happen to need a nice 2 bedroom apartment, I will be available for you September 1st!

So, what do you think? I'm all painted, I've got new curtain rods (very classy if you ask me) and of course curtains to go with them. I also wanted to show you a picture of my hallway and the master bedroom, but come back tomorrow for those, OK?
I think my landlord just wants to touch up the kitchen a little. I heard them say they were also going to install a new toilet in the bathroom, just so that it goes better with the new bathtub and vanity. I'll let you know what's going to happen there!

Fresh paint

Look at me!

Today the wind and snow swept outside my windows, but my landlord painted my living room. I love it! It's not white, but the slightest blue.New curtain rods and curtains are ready to be hung. I'm going to look fabulous. Maybe you'd like to put a nice painting on on of my walls?
And can you see my shiny breakfast bar? All you have to do is put some stools under it. I can just see you sitting there, can't you?

If I weren't a 2 bedroom apartment I would definitely have my bacon and eggs here.

way to wake up

What a way to wake up this morning!!
My landlord came down at 8.00 and started sawing and hammering on me. The noise was deafening! I think it even scared away the squirrel that was looking for a bite in the yard.
I'm just glad they're working on my breakfast bar again, maybe with some lights overhead?
